The Triple Crown

There are two types of Triple Crown, one is for batters and the other for pitchers. While it is not really a yearly award or an honour, it is only a way to recognize the effort of a batter who leads the league in home runs, runs batted in, and batting average. Likewise, recognizing a pitcher who leads or ties his league earned run average, wins, and strikeouts.
