Barry Lamar Bonds is a widely known baseball player not only because he is one of the greatest players who ever lived. He set numerous Major League Baseball records like the all-time Major League Baseball home run record and the single-season Major League record for home runs and the all-time career leader in both walks and intentional walks. He was also part of scandals that surrounded his career.

Bonds got caught up in a scandal involving his trainer, who allegedly was supplying anabolic steroids to athletes, and where Bonds was then suspected of using these prohibited performance-enhancing drugs himself. Despite this, people still remember him for his great achievements like having a record-setting seven Most Valuable Player awards, where four of them being consecutive. He is also a 14-time All-Star and 8-time Gold Glove-winner.
